    • Going to MySchools.nyc for program information and contacts, and for 3-K and Pre-K for All applications.

    • Contacting the Outreach Team at 212-637-8000 or by dialing 311 for application support.

    • Emailing the Office of Student Enrollment at ESEnrollment@schools.nyc.gov for general questions about admissions and enrollment.

    • Families can also visit a Family Welcome Center (locations available at schools.nyc.gov/FamilyWelcomeCenters).

Families and service coordinators who have questions regarding the transition to preschool special education services may also call the INCLUDEnyc Help Line at 212-677-4660 (English) or 212-677-4668 (Spanish) Monday - Thursday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and Advocates for Children of NYC Help Line at 866-427-6033 (toll free) Monday - Thursday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
